Of course the company was great as well. Those in attendance included: Nate and Annie (<a href=\"http:\/\/chezannies.blogspot.com\/\">House of Annie<\/a>), Michele (<a href=\"http:\/\/accidentalscientist.blogspot.com\/\">The Accidental Scientist<\/a>),and Deb  (<a href=\"http:\/\/kahakaikitchen.blogspot.com\/\">Kahakai Kitchen<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>We were brought together by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodbuzz.com\/foodies\/us\/hawaii\/mililani\/profile\/pizza+blog+from+pizzatherapy\">Food Buzz<\/a>, as a way for their featured publishers to get to know one another. It was a wonderful evening. Very memorable.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.albertgrande.com\/hawaiisecret\/images\/salmonsashimi.jpg \" alt=\"Salmon Sashimi at Tokkuri Tei, Honolulu\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The sushi was amazing. Each one I tasted was of the highest-melt-in-your-mouth quality.<\/p>\n<p>The japanese food was also very good. For example there was a plate of portobello mushrooms, very tender and covered with a sauce which allowed the portobello to shine through. <\/p>\n<p>All of the food was extra-ordinary. The soft shell crab was exquisite. A tofu salad we ordered was another standout. <\/p>\n<p>Each dish was expertly prepared. The presentation of the food made it have extreme visual appeal. I would have to admit that <strong>Tokkuri Tei,<\/strong> has some of the best japanese food and sushi I have ever eaten.<\/p>\n<p>As I mentioned before the company was also excellent and that may have added to the taste of the food.<\/p>\n<p>I will definitely go back. As a matter of fact, <strong>Nate<\/strong> and<strong> Annie<\/strong> did go back several days later with Nate&#8217;s mom. (She insisted that they take her there.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nate<\/strong> ended up making a video. Here is a clip which shows how the salmon sashimi was prepared.<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/Zbe2OT46gOA&#038;hl=en&#038;fs=1\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/Zbe2OT46gOA&#038;hl=en&#038;fs=1\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n<p>I recommend <strong>Tokkuri Tei<\/strong>, without hesitation or reservation.
